Earlier roles at Magaya Corporation involved overseeing software installations and providing technical support, earning recognition for outstanding customer service. Miguel's career began at FirstService Residential as a Network Admin I and included positions at Publix Super Markets, focusing on systems operations and employee training. Miguel holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Project Management from Florida International University and an Associate of Arts from Miami Dade College.

After spending 11 years in the army, I went on to working for a major security firm. While I loved spending 15 years working for them, my love was always to serve the community and I was held back sometimes from providing a better service because of profits and shareholders.
