Mauricio Percara is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in diverse fields, including recruitment consulting, event coordination, education, audio production, and voice-over work. Since April 2018, Mauricio has served as a Recruitment Consultant at TiendLine, while also coordinating events as a Master of Ceremonies since July 2006. As a Professor of Spanish as a Second Language at Instituto Cervantes and a voice-over actor for various companies, including Tiffany & Co. and Mercedes-Benz USA, Mauricio showcases a versatile skill set. Mauricio holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA and a Master's in International Business, and is currently pursuing a PhD in International Relations and Affairs at Central China Normal University, reflecting a strong commitment to both professional development and education.

Master of Ceremonies has been creating, organizing and managing corporate special events for over 30 years. We specialize in corporate anniversaries, grand openings, and sales meetings/conventions. Derby and other sporting hospitality events, including accomodations and travel, ground breakings, employee events, open house and tours, etc. are some of the othere events we produce. As one of the first event firms in the USA, we have written "how-to" books on the industry and have assisted in the development of the industry through ISES, seminars and speaking engagements. We take pride in the parternership- relations we accomplish with every event, through listening closly to our client's needs and goals, and our tenacity to accomplish those objectives.
