Quinn Wong

Quinn Wong has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They began their career as an Analyst Intern at UBS Wealth Management in 2008. In 2010, Quinn co-founded the Cal Poly Investment Banking Society and also worked as an Assistant Trader at Traders Capital LLC. They then transitioned to Fry's Electronics as an Audio/Video Salesperson before joining CoreOne Technologies as a Research Analyst in 2011.

Quinn's career took a new direction in 2012 when they joined DeltaOne Solutions, by MARKIT. They started as a Business Analyst, automating processes and reducing workload. They later became a Technical Sales Support and then a Development Operations role, self-teaching SQL to improve turnaround time for bug fixes. After the acquisition of CoreOne Technologies by Markit, Quinn transitioned to the role of Assistant Vice President - Product Services Lead, collaborating with teams to cater to buy-side client needs.

In 2016, Quinn joined IHS Markit as a Consultant - Product Analysis and Design Specialist - Buyside Data. They provided client support, managed accounts, resolved issues, and served as an escalation point. Quinn was also involved in content management and trained new hires on database fundamentals. Additionally, they assisted with product implementation and designing bespoke queries for clients. Quinn continued their career at Master Power Transmission, Inc. in 2018 as a Business Analyst / Developer.
