The MRA is a youth-focused civic and educational organization committed to developing articulate, ethical, and socially conscious leaders across Cameroon. We design and deliver debate, public speaking, leadership, and community engagement programs that empower young people to think critically, speak confidently, and engage responsibly with society.

Through flagship initiatives such as the Cameroon Debate Circuit Program and Voices of the Future Academy, the MRA works with secondary schools, higher institutions, civil society, and development partners to strengthen youth participation in public discourse and democratic life.

Our work is rooted in excellence, inclusion, and impact, bridging education, advocacy, and leadership to shape voices that influence policy, inspire communities, and drive positive change.
