Chia-Kang Chou

Chia-Kang Chou has worked in a variety of roles since 2005. Chia-Kang began their career as a Business Operation Management Intern at EnGenius Technologies Inc. in 2005, where they led the IT implementation cycle for a new time management system and created data entry standards for the receiving process. In 2007, they worked as a System Documentation at Indiana University Bloomington, where they developed functional specifications for a modular financial accounting and reporting system, supported system implementation by converting HTML contents to XML format, and created a complete reference guide for both content publishers and developers. In 2008, they worked as an E-commerce Administrator at Shuttle Computer. In 2009, they worked as a Computer System Analyst/ Webmaster at PGM-Pro. Finally, since 2010 they have been a Technical Support Manager at Master System Inc.

Chia-Kang Chou obtained a Bachelor degree in Computer Information System and Business Process Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business between 2001 and 2005. Chia-Kang then pursued a Master degree in Management Information System from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a Master degree in Management Information Systems from Indiana University Bloomington between 2006 and 2007.
