Jason Neubert is a Technical Support Specialist at Master Technology Group (MTG) since September 2021, bringing extensive experience in IT service and support. Previously, Jason served at International Dairy Queen as an IT Service Desk professional, managing IT queries and requests from staff. Prior to that, Jason worked as an IT Specialist at NorthShore Resources, Inc. and held the position of Technical Support & Client Services Manager at WAND Corporation, where Jason oversaw teams, managed customer escalations, and provided training. Jason holds an Associate's Degree in Computer Systems Networking from ITT Technical Institute-Eden Prairie, earned between 2010 and 2012.
