Jim Billings

Jim Billings is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in various roles within the graphic design and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Design Specialist at Master Technology Group since May 2023, Jim previously held multiple positions at ProVision Security, including Project Manager and Provisioning Technician, where a web portal was created for installers and technicians. For over fifteen years, Jim has operated J35Design LLC as a Visual Designer, specializing in creating diverse graphics for businesses and media for interactive environments. Earlier experiences include roles at Allen Interactions Inc. as a Senior Media Artist, where Jim designed over 100 e-learning user interfaces, and at ADC Telecommunications as a Media Artist, contributing to the development of two pioneering e-learning projects. Jim holds an Associate’s Degree in Interactive Web Design from Rasmussen University and various technical diplomas in Graphic Design Technology from Dakota County Technical College.
