Chad King

Chad King is a seasoned operations and continuous improvement professional with extensive experience in the manufacturing industry. At MasterBrand Cabinets since July 2011, Chad currently serves as Sr. Director of DA Operations, previously holding the position of Continuous Improvement Manager, where responsibilities included coaching management teams and implementing the MasterBrand Production System across multiple sites. Prior to this, Chad spent eight years at Toyota, advancing from Team Member to Team Leader and ultimately Group Leader, overseeing daily operations, safety, and employee development for a team of over 40 members. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Oakland City University.
