Jacob Schnabel

Jacob Schnabel is an experienced professional in product development and engineering, currently serving as Manager of Projects at MasterBrand, Inc. since October 2025, where responsibilities include overseeing product development for Dura Supreme's brands and leading a team that engages in research, CAD, pricing, and design processes. Prior to this role, Jacob worked at Dura Supreme Cabinetry from May 2005 to October 2025, holding positions such as Product Engineering Manager, Catalog and Systems Administrator, and Manufacturing Engineer, where Jacob contributed to new product development and operational efficiency. Additionally, since June 2015, Jacob has owned and operated Spilled Grain Brewhouse as Head Brewer, managing the 3.5 BBL brewhouse. Jacob holds a Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering from North Dakota State University and a Certificate in Master Brewing from the Siebel Institute of Technology.
