Kelley Barnett

Kelley Barnett serves as the Global Head of Ethics & Compliance at MasterBrand, Inc. since July 2025, bringing extensive experience in legal counsel and leadership. As a Cleveland Founder and Chair Emeritus of FDCC Ladder Down Cleveland, Barnett has played a pivotal role in advancing a leadership and mentoring program for women lawyers since its introduction to the area in 2019. Prior to this, Barnett held senior roles at AmTrust Financial Services, including Senior Vice President and Senior Managing Counsel, overseeing legal matters across various corporate functions. A former partner at Frantz Ward LLP, Barnett has significant litigation experience and has contributed as an adjunct professor at Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Barnett actively participates on boards such as the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center and ACC Northeast, further demonstrating commitment to community service and professional development.
