Steven Stilwell

Steven Stilwell is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in manufacturing and logistics management. Currently serving as Superintendent at MasterBrand Cabinets, Inc. since March 2022, Steven has previously held the position of Director of Operations at Valor Oil/Renegade Race Fuels, where significant business growth was achieved through team recruitment and control plan implementation. Steven's extensive experience at Dal-Tile from 1985 to July 2020 included roles as Operations Manager at the Lewisport facility, leading teams in producing high-quality quarry tile using Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing techniques, and as Plant Manager, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and production goals. Steven holds a diploma from Hancock County and vocational certifications in Electrician and Welding from Owensboro Community and Technical College, along with a Six Sigma Certification - Green Belt from SBTI Solutions.
