Ellis Ekekpi

Ellis Ekekpi serves as a Program Impact Partner at the Mastercard Foundation Ghana Office, focusing on refining outcome-oriented programs and establishing measurement standards for effective reporting since November 2020. Prior to this role, Ellis worked as a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at USAID Ghana from August 2013 to October 2020, where responsibilities included developing M&E frameworks, verifying performance data, and overseeing evaluations. Additionally, Ellis held the position of Senior Development Planning Officer at the Northern Regional Planning and Coordinating Unit from August 2009 to August 2013, with a focus on project planning, data analysis, and capacity building. Ellis's educational background includes a Master of Science in Development Planning and Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics and Extension from the University for Development Studies, along with a certificate in Development Evaluation from Carleton University.
