Francine Batamuliza

Francine Batamuliza is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Lead of Finance & Accounting at Mastercard Foundation since March 2020. Prior to this role, Francine held the position of Country Finance Manager at SNV from November 2018 to February 2020 and at Plan International from December 2016 to November 2018. Earlier in their career, Francine was the Finance Manager at the British Council from June 2009 to November 2016. Francine holds a Qualification Certificate from ACCA, obtained between 2013 and 2016, and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the School of Finance and Banking, Rwanda, completed in 2010.
