Matthew Grollnek

Matthew Grollnek is an experienced professional currently serving as the Lead for Employability and the Future of Work at Mastercard Foundation, focusing on the impact of emerging digital technologies and AI on youth employment in Africa. Previously, Grollnek was a Consultant and Venture Fund Lead at Mastercard Foundation, designing significant employment and entrepreneurship projects across the continent. Grollnek has also held roles as Adjunct Faculty at ALX, Project Leader at Open Capital Advisors, and Chief Operating Officer at NetOne Group, among other positions. Grollnek's educational background includes an M.A. in International Education Administration and Policy Analysis from Stanford University, an MBA from ALU School of Business, and a B.A. in Philosophy from Westmont College.
