Moses Mbubi Witta

Moses Mbubi Witta serves as the Head of People & Culture - Uganda and Head of Talent Management at Mastercard Foundation since March 2022, where significant contributions include driving talent initiatives and collaborating with the Group Talent Centre of Excellence. Prior to this role, Moses was the President of the Human Resource Managers' Association of Uganda from April 2018 to April 2022, providing strategic leadership and engaging in legislative developments. Experience also includes managerial roles at Stanbic Uganda Holdings Limited and Stanbic Bank Uganda, where Moses led corporate services and human capital strategies. Additionally, Moses held various HR positions at Coca-Cola Beverages Africa and British American Tobacco, building a robust foundation in human resources management. Educational credentials include an MBA from Heriot-Watt University and a B.SWSA from Makerere University.
