Ukinebo Dare

Ukinebo Dare is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in ecosystem building and industry engagement within the education sector, currently serving as the Head of Ecosystem Building and Industry Engagement - Education and Transitions at Mastercard Foundation. In addition, Ukinebo is a member of the Board of Directors for EdoInnovates and serves as the Convener and Founder of the Edo State International Film Festival. With a significant role in the Edo State Government, Ukinebo leads various initiatives aimed at economic empowerment, including the EDSG-BOI MSME 2Bn Naira Fund and the management of the Edo State Skills Development Agency (EdoJobs), designed to enhance job creation and skills development in the region. Ukinebo's notable education includes a Master of Science in Management from the University of Bradford and participation in the Mandela Washington Fellowship Program at Clark Atlanta University.
