Alex Zerio is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and solution architecture, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Technology for Community Pass at Mastercard since January 2023. Zerio’s previous roles include Head of Solution and Platform Architecture at Green Dot Corporation and various vice president positions at Mastercard, focusing on platform development and solutions engineering for humanitarian and development sectors. Notably, Zerio has led teams of over 100 technical professionals and driven initiatives in financial inclusion and mobile payment solutions across Latin America. With a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas and a strong history of collaborating across functions to align technology with business objectives, Zerio has consistently demonstrated expertise in innovative solution delivery and strategic alignment.
