Anh Pham

Anh Pham is an experienced software engineer with a focus on managing applications that process billions of transactions daily as part of Mastercard's Decision Management Platform. With a progression from Software Engineer I to Software Engineer II at Mastercard from February 2022 to September 2023, Anh has honed skills in application management within a high-stakes environment. Previous experiences include a Fellowship at the Processing Foundation, working with Disability Justice and Creative Tech, and serving as an Admissions Specialist at Major League Hacking, where thousands of fellowship applications were reviewed. Anh was also a Production Engineering Fellow at the MLH Fellowship, acquiring knowledge in Production and Site Reliability Engineering and DevOps through collaboration with Meta. Recognized as a WWDC’21 Swift Student Challenge Winner, Anh designed an educational application on audiograms and hearing accessibility. Anh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and completed secondary education at Hanoi-Amsterdam High School for the Gifted.
