Anitha Ramakrishnan

Anitha Ramakrishnan is a strategic HR leader with over two decades of experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Management at Mastercard since 2024, Anitha previously held roles such as Global Head HR for Asset Lifecycle Management at Iron Mountain and CHRO for Kantar's Insights division. Anitha’s early career included significant positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they led talent and change management initiatives across the APAC region. Anitha holds an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from Vellore Institute of Technology and completed executive education at Stanford University.
