Ann Arthur is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global benefits and leave administration. Currently serving as the Director of Global Benefits and North America Leave Administration at Mastercard since March 2022, Ann leads a dedicated team to enhance program effectiveness and employee experience while ensuring compliance and operational excellence. Prior to Mastercard, Ann held key roles at Mercy as the Global Benefits Manager, overseeing benefits for 40,000 employees, and at Lindenwood University as the Director of Extension Sites and Corporate Admissions. Ann's career began at the University of Phoenix, where significant contributions included improved retention rates and promotions of numerous employees. Ann holds a Master of Arts from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Saint Louis University.
