Austin Gray

Austin Gray is currently the Manager of People Business Partner for Cyber and Intelligence at Mastercard, where they focus on talent development, employee relations, and enhancing the employee experience for over 500 employees. Previously, they served as a Senior People Specialist in Human Resources and managed global mobility services for the company. In their earlier career, Austin worked as a Real Estate Agent and in global assignment consulting, developing strong client relationships while assisting with relocations. Austin holds a BSBA in International Business from John Carroll University and studied at Neoma Business School in 2014. They are pursuing a Master’s in Human Resources, expected to graduate in 2026.
