Bart Willaert

Bart Willaert is an experienced professional with a strong background in open banking, fintech, and digital solutions, currently serving as EVP of Open Banking for international markets, EVP of Fintech Issuing Processing Platforms, and EVP of Digital Solutions at Mastercard. Prior to this role, Bart was a Project Leader and Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group in Asia and led projects at Avalon Network. Bart also founded FrontStage, part of the Kinepolis Group. Bart holds a degree in Commercial Engineering in Business Informatics and Economics from KU Leuven, completed between 1993 and 1999.
