Ben Maxwell

Ben Maxwell, SPHR, is a seasoned talent strategy and human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. They have worked at Mastercard since 2019 as the Director of People Business Partner, where they lead talent acquisition and HR initiatives. Prior to this, Ben held roles at SirsiDynix, The Home Depot, and AMSCO Windows, where they developed efficient production methods and managed recruitment processes. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science with a focus on Psychology from Utah Valley University and completed general education requirements at the University of Utah.
