Bruce Jaycox has extensive experience in information technology and project management, with a career spanning over three decades. From 1991 to 1997, Bruce held various roles at Electronic Data Systems, including Advanced System Engineer and Information Technology Manager. Following that, Bruce worked at Enterprise Holdings from 2011 to 2016, serving as Senior Information Technology Manager and Information Technology Department Manager. In 2020, Bruce transitioned to Kforce Inc as a Senior Consultant and also contributed to Charter Communications in the Program Management Office until 2021. Currently, Bruce is the Director of Technical Program Management at Mastercard, where leadership is provided to Global Customer Delivery & Care projects, overseeing a team of Technical Program Managers. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Southeast Missouri State University.
