With extensive experience in stakeholder management, governance, and operational excellence, Bryan previously held leadership roles at Vocalink and other financial institutions, focusing on service operations, quality assurance, and integration during mergers and acquisitions. They earned certifications in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors and completed an Executive Education Programme in Mergers & Acquisitions at London Business School.
