Carys Richards

Carys Richards is the EVP of People for the International Division at Mastercard. Carys has over 15 years of experience in the human resources field.

Carys started their career in 2003 as a regional recruiter and manager for Morgan Retail Group. Carys then moved to HAYS Plc where they were the HR and recruitment manager for 4 years. In 2009, they became an HR business partner for Confused.com. Carys then spent 3 years as the HR manager for Clyde & Co LLP before joining Mastercard in August 2014.

Carys Richards has a Master's degree in Neuroscience from King's College London, an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of South Wales, and a Diploma in Employment Law from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd. Carys is also a Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (MCIPD) from the University of South Wales.
