Chandrani Sen

Chandrani Sen is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources functions across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of HR for the India Tech Hub at Mastercard since August 2023, Chandrani previously held multiple roles at HSBC from September 2013 to August 2023, including Vice President of Human Resources and Head of Employee Relations for regions including India, Poland, Egypt, and Sri Lanka. Prior roles also include significant positions at IBM Global Business Services, Max New York Life Insurance Co. Ltd, AFL, and Magma. Chandrani's academic background features advanced studies in design thinking from Stanford University, coaching from Erickson Coaching International, and strategic planning from Harvard Business School, along with a degree in Learning Function from XLRI Jamshedpur.
