Charman Hayes is a seasoned executive in human resources with extensive experience in the financial and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President for People and Capability in Technology at Mastercard since June 2022, Charman previously worked at BlackRock as the Global HRBP for the Aladdin Product Group, and at Brown Brothers Harriman as the Global Head of Human Resources Business Partners for Technology and Fintech.
