Chris Andersen graduated from University College Cork with an honours degree in Computer Science. They have worked at Amazon Web Services in various roles from Graduate Cloud Support Associate to Cloud Support Engineer (Linux), and are currently a Senior BizOps Engineer at Mastercard. Previously, Chris held positions at PFH Technology Group, Caseys Furniture, and Roller Jam Ballincollig, gaining extensive experience in IT support, customer service, and web content administration. Currently based in Dublin, they continue to contribute their expertise in cloud services and operations.
