Chris Merz

Chris Merz is the Senior Vice President of Security Solutions at MasterCard, where they lead data science teams focused on payment card authentication and risk management. With a PhD in Machine Learning from the University of California, Irvine, Chris has extensive experience in advanced analytics, having previously held roles at HNC Software, NASA Ames, and various positions at MasterCard, including Vice President of Security and Decision Products. They also served as an Adjunct Professor at Missouri S&T, teaching various courses in data mining and information networks.
