Connor Lyons

Connor Lyons serves as the Director of Technology Risk at Mastercard, where they lead the global Second Line of Defence strategy and operations. In this role, Connor oversees the Technology Controls Framework and addresses regulatory expectations for Technology Risk. Previously, they lived in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, managing customer and regulatory Information Security and Technology Risk engagements across the Asia Pacific region. Connor first joined Mastercard through Vocalink, focusing on cyber security strategy and enhancements to the UK's faster payments network. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Security and Forensics from the University of Greenwich and possess the CISM and CISSP certifications.
