Daisy Kwan

Daisy Kwan currently serves as the Director of Product Management at Mastercard since September 2025, focusing on the management of digital product lifecycles. Prior to this, Kwan held the same title at Kii Health, overseeing end-to-end product development from strategy to commercialization between April 2021 and August 2025. Previous experience includes roles as Strategy & Planning Manager at Rogers Communications, where multi-year strategy and performance management for growth products were key responsibilities, and as a Management Consultant at Carly Rian Group, focusing on operations strategy and process improvement. Kwan began her career at EY as a Senior Associate in Financial Services, providing assurance services, after holding roles as Associate I & II. Kwan's educational background includes an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, a CPA designation from Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada, and participation in an Exchange Abroad Program at The American University of Rome.
