Daniel Huba

Daniel Huba is an experienced professional with a strong background in humanitarian and development initiatives, particularly within the financial inclusion sector. At Mastercard from July 2017 to September 2022, Daniel held roles as Vice President for Sub Saharan Africa and East and Southern Africa Markets, where responsibilities included driving the Community Pass strategy and executing global market development initiatives. Prior to that, as a Director at Mastercard Labs, Daniel led the Agriculture Incubation program, establishing the Mastercard Farmer Network. Daniel's earlier experience includes serving as Regional Manager for Mezzanine Ware, Program Manager at TechnoServe, Business Development Officer at NIC Bank, and Coordinator at Inoorero University. Daniel holds an MBA in SME Development from Leipzig University and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Secretarial Studies from Kenyatta University.
