Daniel Torres

Daniel Torres currently serves as Vice President and Senior Managing Counsel for Security & Cyber Innovation at Mastercard, a position held since January 2022. Previously, Daniel held various legal roles, including Principal at The Support Legal Group and General Counsel at Crystal Lagoons. In the role of General Counsel for ACCIONA, Daniel focused on Infrastructure in the USA, and prior positions include Head Legal Counsel for North America at VINCI Concessions and General Counsel at Metropistas. Daniel's experience extends back to AIG and The AES Corporation, where roles included Regional Ops. Risk & Compliance Manager and Attorney & Senior Project Manager, respectively. A strong educational background includes a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico, a BBA in Business Administration, and postgraduate studies in International Business Transactions.
