Danielle Borgholm

Danielle Borgholm is a Senior Counsel and Director for the LAC Region, Products & Innovation at Mastercard, where they focus on Core Products and Commercial Solutions. With over 28 years of experience in Business Law, including Corporate Law, Tax, and Intellectual Property, Danielle has held various legal roles, notably as Senior Legal Counsel at LATAM Airlines and Legal In-House Counsel at International Paper. Danielle earned an LLM in International Economic Law from the University of Warwick and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Federal University of Ceara. Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Danish, they continue to contribute to the legal field through their extensive experience and expertise.
