David O'Brien is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in network engineering and IT management. Currently serving as the Director of Network Engineering at Mastercard since March 2020, David previously held the position of IT Director for EMEA Core Network Services at Fiserv and First Data Corporation, where responsibilities included directing teams of network engineers and overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of core network platforms across diverse regions in Europe. David's extensive career began at EMCEE Distribution as a Computer Technician and has included significant roles at OmniPay, where growth and restructuring of the IT infrastructure were key achievements.
