Dawn is currently the Executive Vice President of People & Capability at Mastercard, overseeing HR functions for a division with over 400 employees globally. With a strong background in human resources, Dawn has successfully managed HR operations, conflict resolution, and organizational restructuring in their previous roles at companies such as Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc, A. B. Watley Group Inc, and Sullivan & Company. Dawn holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University.
