Deann Donohue

Deann Donohue is the Vice President and Specialized Segments lead at the Public Sector Center of Excellence, where they support governments in digital transformation through data-driven analysis and sustainable public sector finance management. In this role, Deann drives global strategy and go-to-market initiatives for public sector segments. Previously, Deann served as the St. Louis Technology Hub Lead at Mastercard, enhancing employee engagement and talent recruitment. Deann holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Missouri State University.
