Ed Altman is a Software Engineering Manager with a diverse background in IT support and systems engineering. They began their career in 2012 as a 1st line support/helpdesk specialist at Ohal, providing technical support and deploying PCs. Ed progressed through roles at Applied Predictive Technologies as an IT Support Specialist and Systems Administrator, and later at Mastercard, where they served as a Senior Systems Engineer before advancing to Senior Software Engineer and then Software Engineering Manager. They are currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science at the University of Leeds.
