Eileen Simon is the Chief Audit Executive and General Counsel for Global Businesses at Mastercard, where responsibilities include providing legal support across various global business functions such as product innovation, marketing, and enterprise security. Before joining Mastercard, Simon worked as an Associate at Weil Gotshal and Manges, specializing in trade practices and regulatory law, with extensive litigation experience.
