Elsie Chen, MBA, PMP, CSM, is a Lead Technical Program Manager at Mastercard, bringing over nine years of experience in the technology and financial services sectors. They have successfully managed a broad portfolio of projects, including regulatory initiatives and digital transformations, while championing Agile methodologies. Elsie previously held roles at various companies, including SS&C Technologies and BMO Financial Group, where they demonstrated expertise in project management and stakeholder collaboration. Currently, they are pursuing an M.B.A. in Finance at Dalhousie University and a degree in BMOS with an Honours Specialization in Accounting at The University of Western Ontario.
