With over a decade of experience in the payment industry and eight years in information technology and services, Elson has developed strong competencies in project management, business analysis, and implementation. Prior to their current role, Elson held various positions, including Manager - Implementations and Senior Specialist - Implementation Manager at Mastercard, as well as roles at Vakrangee Limited and Collabera India. Elson holds a Prince 2 certification, a diploma in hardware and network, and a bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai.
