Eric Parr, CPA, MBA, has accumulated extensive experience in the field of tax and consulting. Starting as a CPA Student at Hicks, MacPherson, Iatonna & Driedger LLP in 2014, Eric transitioned to PwC Canada, where roles included Senior Associate, M&A Tax; Manager, M&A Tax; and Senior Manager, M&A Tax. Responsibilities included leading and managing due diligence and structuring for multi-million to multi-billion dollar M&A transactions across various industries such as software, telecom, mining, and energy. As of July 2025, Eric serves as an Associate Managing Consultant in Strategy & Transformation at Mastercard.
