Everton Mendes

Everton Mendes is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in software engineering and leadership within the industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Software Engineering at Mastercard since September 2016, Everton has held various roles including Director, Tech Lead, and Sr. Software Engineer. Prior to Mastercard, employment included positions at CenturyLink, where contributions involved the development of Incident and Change Management modules in an agile environment, and Wipro Technologies, providing contracting services to Mastercard. Previous experience also includes roles at HSBC Global Technology and Sponte Informática, focusing on software development and maintenance. Everton holds a degree in Information Systems Technology from UTFPR, completed between 2003 and 2007.
