Felipe Rincon

Felipe Rincon is a legal professional and educator with expertise in financial legislation and public policy. They earned a law degree from Universidad de Los Andes, specializing in Financial Legislation, and obtained a Master of Laws from the University of Toronto. Felipe has held several key positions, including Director Jurídico at Valores Bancolombia and Director de Regulación at the Autorregulador del Mercado de Valores. Currently, they serve as Vice President of Public Policy for Latin America and the Caribbean at Mastercard, where they focus on developing public policies that enhance the use of information technology and promote financial inclusion. Additionally, Felipe teaches economic analysis of law and securities markets at Universidad de Los Andes and Javeriana.
