Fidel Beraldi has over 15 years of professional experience in risk management, statistical modeling, and analytics within the payments industry and financial institutions. They have held leadership roles at prestigious organizations such as Citi, where they served as Risk Strategy and Analytics Lead, and MasterCard, where they currently direct Customer Compliance and Fraud. Beraldi led fraud prevention strategies at PagSeguro PagBank and held multiple analytical positions, including a role at the World Health Organization, where they developed advanced statistical models. They earned a Master of Science in Risk Management from NYU Stern School of Business and engaged in graduate studies at the Universidade de São Paulo.
