Fraz Ahmed

Fraz Ahmed is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic investments. Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Development, M&A, and Investments at Mastercard since 2022, Fraz also holds the position of Managing Partner at MFA Growth, LLC, where responsibilities include assisting companies in the FinTech and eCommerce sectors with strategy and business development. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at JOFF Fintech Acquisition Corp., and Vice President at Cardtronics, where Fraz led global M&A and business development. Fraz's career began in investment banking with Lazard and included positions at Equifin Capital Partners and GE Commercial Finance. Fraz holds an MBA in Finance and Management from The Wharton School and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Economics from Northwestern University.
