Gaurav Dixit is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Gaurav began a career at Infosys in October 2009, progressing from Software Engineer to Technology Lead before leaving in May 2012. At Capital One, Gaurav held positions as Manager of Software Engineering and later as Senior Manager from February 2018 to September 2024. Currently, Gaurav serves as the Director of Software Engineering at Mastercard, starting in July 2025. Gaurav holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics from G.H. Raisoni College of Engineering.
