Gemma Bailey

Gemma Bailey has extensive experience in human resources, beginning as a Consultant at Martin Ward Anderson from 2000 to 2001, followed by various roles at Mastercard from 2011 to 2021, including Senior HR Business Partner and VP positions focused on people business partnership and HR M&A integration. After a tenure at Aon as an HR Officer from 2002 to 2007, Gemma has served as a Board Trustee at Safer London since November 2021, contributing to the organization's mission to foster a safer environment for young Londoners. Gemma holds a BSc in Economics from Loughborough University and a PGDip in Human Resource Management from the University of East London.
