Howard R. Fields

Howard R. Fields is the Executive Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Mastercard, where they lead global anti-money laundering, sanctions, and export controls compliance programs. They have extensive experience in corporate ethics and compliance, having previously held senior roles at GE Capital Bank and Wiggin and Dana. Fields served as an Adjunct Professor at Norwalk Community College, educating students in business and criminal justice. They are ACAMS certified and possess a Doctor of Law degree from Pace University School of Law, in addition to an MBA from the University of Connecticut and a BS in Criminal Justice from Sacred Heart University.
